On April 16, 2011 Anthony McColl (aka Tony) was killed when his vehicle was struck head on by a car driven by a driver who, only moments before, police had been pursuing for suspicion of impaired driving.
News about Tony spread quickly. Within hours of the accident, Tony's friends put together some of the video tributes featured on this page and made the following pledge:
"Pledge to never drive or let another person drive under the influence of any substance by simply saying: I Promise!"
